We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing. But we’re always here to help if your order is taking longer than expected.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at luckiescentcandle@gmail.com to start a return. Sale items, gift cards, perishable or personalized items cannot be returned. EU orders have a 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
